Quality Control

Our group is responsible for overseeing the overall implementation of the quality control plan and coordinates all project testing, inspections and reporting matters directly with the project manager. The QC manger has the authority to intercede directly and stop unsatisfactory work and control further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming material.

Our Duties:

  1. Preparation, approval and implementation of the CQC plan.
  2. Verification of materials as per project plans and specifications.
  3. Development of means and methods to store and protect materials.
  4. Maintain documentation of inspection status of materials.
  5. Maintain documentation for material and administrative approvals.
  6. Ensure that all materials and construction are in accordance with the requirements for the completeness, accuracy and constructability in accordance with applicable building codes.
  7. Carry out and participate in weekly progress and QC meetings.
  8. Maintain documentation of inspection of work executed by subcontractors

Consulting

Based on the requirements of modern enterprise and sophisticated mechanisms of action we have the introduction of consulting and engineering designs department and manages this section dedicated team of professor’s systems consultants.

Projects

  3. Engineering consulting: It has been providing counseling by the team to many government institutions in all Iraqi provinces, including the capital Baghdad.
  4. Feasibility Study: A feasibility study projects of all economic and technical aspects of the project.

In order to keep high quality level of the work and skilled workforce WYG has built a learning and development center. Employees are periodically trained and their skills are advanced through internal as well as external specialists who have vast knowledge and experience in the industry. Employees are encouraged to demonstrate initiative, communication skills and commitment towards company goals and achieve technical excellence. The L&D program is not only for internal staff but also extended to universities graduates to inspire them towards prospective career opportunities setting goals.
